The consultation fee and every plan price a patient can be charged. Changes apply to new checkouts only — an active subscription keeps the price it was sold at.

Consultation fee

Charged once, for the first consult only.

Taken before the doctor review. Non-refundable once the consult has been delivered; auto-refunded if no doctor makes contact within 48 hours.

It is credited, not kept. The whole fee comes off the patient’s first plan payment, so the fee only ever changes what they pay today, never the total. Follow-up reviews are included in the plan and are always free.

Plan pricing · per month

“First payment” is what the patient actually sees at checkout after the consultation fee is netted off. It moves as you edit either number. What each plan contains is edited in Care plans.

No plan is directly purchasable — checkout only unlocks after a doctor decision. Injectable also requires a serviceable pincode; oral and lifestyle ship pan-India. Maintenance is a separate SKU offered only after a completed six-month programme, so it carries no consult credit.
